As the player has no home, they join the Survey Crops, which is led by Captain Cyllene. The player passes the trail and starts working. Furthermore, while exploring the Hisui, the player realises that a mysterious lightning in a space-time rift in the sky is causing the “Noble Pokemon” to panic and that’s why they are attacking people. So, now the player has been given a task to calm down these Noble Pokemon.
Now, to help these Noble Pokemon, the player has to work with the wardens of the Diamond and Pearl Clans who worship a deity called “almighty Sinnoh.” Suddenly, the space-time rift expands and becomes red. Kamado, the Galaxy team commander, suspects that it all is happening because of the player and expels him from Jubilife Village.
Moreover, the player learns about the artifact called the Red Chain. With the help of the Diamond and Pearl Clans, collect the basic material required to make a chain. The player returns to the village and realises that Kamado led the Security Corps to the Temple of Sinnoh. The player uses a Poke Ball to catch the Legendary Pokemon. In the end, the player realises that Valo, the person who helped him throughout the material, is the creator of Drift. The player defeats Valo and saves all the Pokemon.
