However, this website will act as the sole interface for every statutory clearance needed to set up a business. Now, documentation will be a breeze. Business Investors will now get important information and transaction services very easily on one platform.
The beta version of the National Single Window System has already launched with 12 stakeholder departments. Around 32 central ministries along with 23 states/Union Territories, live on this new government platform.
More than 67 thousand approvals are applied in just a few days and more than 1.3 Lakh Know Your Approval journey is taken by users.

A TOI official stated that
“It will provide single-point time-bound clearances for setting up an enterprise or industry under one roof, thereby reducing the repetitive documentation and number of applications required for taking multiple approvals. This will ensure ease of doing business in Delhi.”
He also added,
“Rationalising regulatory processes accompanied by the introduction of information technology for e-service delivery has been the key pillar of the business reforms landscape in the past decade. Through the online channels, an open and transparent business regulatory environment has been created.”
Moreover, he also noted that,
“An investor has to obtain multiple licenses and clearances from several govt agencies across various levels to start a new business. The information about these services is fragmented into multiple acts, rules, and regulations and spread across multiple locations. With the introduction of the single-window system, regulatory hygiene has significantly improved and the approval process has become streamlined.”
