We’re guessing it’ll have the same 2L turbo-petrol engine and the 2.2L diesel engine, both with manual or automatic transmission options but with more performance. Both rear-wheel-drive (RWD) and four-wheel-drive (4WD) will be available on the 5-door off-road SUV.

8. New-gen Renault Duster

In India, the ‘New-gen Renault Duster’ was launched in 2012 and was among the cars that established the compact upcoming SUV segment before being discontinued in 2022. A new generation of SUVs has been revealed and sold via Renault’s budget brand, Dacia Duster. In terms of design, it is inspired by the Dacia Bigster, which is based on the CMF-B platform. There are multiple engine options for the new-generation Duster in Europe, including petrol, turbo-petrol, strong-hybrid, and LPG. AWD and a manual transmission are also available with the turbo-petrol engine. No diesel option is expected on the India-spec Renault Duster, but specifications have yet to be confirmed.

9. Mahindra XUV300 Facelift

There will also be an LED taillight, new alloy wheels, and DRLS and headlights on the updated XUV300. Additionally, the cabin will be redesigned with more premium features. Most likely, the XUV300 will use the same engine options as its current counterpart – 1.2L MPFi (multi-point fuel injection), 1.2-litre T-GDi (gasoline direct injection), and 1.5-litre diesel.

10. Mahindra XUV.e8
